About Us

Welcome to the Church, Your Home Away from Home in Spring Hope

Worship is a personal journey, but it’s one that often feels best with others by your side. At Lifeline Christian Center, we are here for you, offering many ways to get involved with the church. From worship to community service, we're eager to show you how to make the most of Christ’s love.

A note from our pastor

We are a spirit-filled congregation that lends itself to no particular denomination or walk of life. Our goal is to help ordinary people who face everyday issues to develop into genuine Christians, exemplifying the love of Christ, thus empowering them to make a difference in the world.

We invite you to fellowship and grow with us as we become fearless, accountable, and teachable stewards of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Blessings,

Pastor Henry Hedgepeth

Our creed

As believers within the local church, we seek our position within the Universal Church to participate in God's mission and to practice the way set forth by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We are predestined by God, saved by the faith of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit. We thus commit ourselves as a body of believers to:
  • Love God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength
  • Invest our resources to assist the oppressed in their struggle for survival
  • Fight against the powers and principalities of spiritual wickedness
  • Extol God's love, confess our sins and joyfully accept HIS forgiveness
  • Labor for justice, healing and wholeness of life
  • Impart the gospel in our suffering world
  • Nurture all believers as we discern and celebrate the reign of our Lord and Savior
  • Embody God's love for all people

Your Salvation Experience

By total immersion we confess our faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and testify our death to sin and our purpose to walk in the newness of life, as commissioned by our Lord. (Matthew 28:18-20)

As we continue to worship and praise God faithfully and diligently for saving us, we will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. This overwhelming overflow of joy makes our walk with God easier. The Holy Spirit teaches us how to live in power and obedience to
Jesus Christ. (Acts 2:1-4)

Let us lift you up in prayer!
